David works on the mass torts team with partner Robert Cottle. Before joining Mainor Eglet Cottle, David practiced at one of Nevada’s most prestigious defense firm for 5 years.

While in law school David recognized his desire to help individuals who have been injured or taken advantage of by big companies. David spent considerable time honing his litigation skills and has put them to good use while at Mainor Eglet Cottle fighting for injured individuals. Although it may seem that the chips are stacked against him, David relishes the opportunity to represent the “little guy” to ensure that justice is served.

David’s success has allowed him to be named a member of the distinguished Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

David received a Bachelors Degree in history from Brigham Young University. He later attended Baylor University School of Law in Texas. At Baylor, David showed great ability to succeed both as an effective oral and written advocate for clients. David was an editor for Baylor’s Law Review and was selected to represent Baylor on its interscholastic Moot Court Team.

David is a member of both the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Texas and The American Trial Lawyers Association.

When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and reading.
