Joe works with Brad Mainor on the general litigation team.

Before moving to Mainor Eglet Cottle, Joe practiced with a large prestigious general civil litigation firm, handling a variety of legal matters, including personal injury, family law, and real estate.

Joe earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Arkansas, William H. Bowen School of Law. During law school, Joe was awarded the Best Petitioner’s Brief and Oral Argument in the Moot Court competition. He also participated in the civil litigation clinic at the University of Arkansas.

Joe is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association and The American Trial Lawyers Association.

Joe also serves on the State Bar of Nevada’s Lawyer Advertising Advisory Committee.

As every lawyer at Mainor Eglet Cottle is required to do, Joe provides pro bono (free) legal work for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, Childrens Attorney Project where he provides ongoing representation of child victims of abuse and/or neglect.

While away from the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys playing basketball, golf, football and almost every other sport (baseball excluded).
