Marni works on the mass torts team.

Marni received a Bachelor’s Degree in English in 1998 from the University of Vermont. After graduated from college, she spent approximately three (3) years working in advertising and marketing in New York City.

Marni attended law school at California Western School of Law where she received an award for academic excellence in trial practice. Soon thereafter, Marni was admitted to both the Nevada and the California Bar.

Marni Watkins commenced her legal career in 2005 as a member of the Insurance Defense Bar representing attorneys in malpractice actions, individuals in car accidents and companies in product defect litigation. To gain more experience in the different areas of civil litigation, Marni left the Insurance Defense Bar to practice commercial litigation where she handled real estate, construction, contract litigation and an occasional personal injury action.

At the end of 2008, after representing a few clients who were injured and seeking justice, Marni joined Mainor Eglet where she would be able to help others assert their rights. Marni has a strong work ethic and a passion for litigation.

Marni’s personal interests include running, biking and swimming. She completed the Las Vegas half marathon in December of 2008 and is always looking for the next race.
