Robert W. Rob supervises multiple attorneys and legal assistants in representing thousands of clients who have been injured or killed by pharmaceutical manufacturers, defective products, fires and explosions. Rob recently sheppared the “Viox” litigation to an exceptional settlement where Mainor Eglet Cottle represented hundreds of clients throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona and Idaho. Currently, Rob is managing the litigation of the largest hepatitis outbreak in U.S. history where Mainor Eglet Cottle represents thousands of victims, as well as numerous wage and hour class action lawsuits against various Nevada employers. A native of Utah, Rob received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Utah. He went on to study law at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. While attending law school, he earned membership into the St. Thomas Law Honor Society and gained work experience while clerking for Justice F. Ferdinand Fernandez of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. A member of the Bar in Nevada and Utah, Rob practiced law for a number of years in Salt Lake City and Southern Nevada before joining with his current partners. Rob’s article “Product Defect Litigation in Nevada” appeared in the Journal of the Clark County Bar Association. Rob enjoys the time spent with his family and playing golf, squash and snow skiing. |
